If you are unhappy with your purchase please take the following steps.
1. Contact Heroes in Scale through the "contact us" link under "Information" at the bottom left or hit this link.
2. Please include a valid email address, not a hotmail address please, where you can be contacted as well as your phone number with a time to call.
3. Someone from Heroes In Scale will respond to you, usually by email, at the first available moment but it can take a few business days so please be patient.
4. Once the problem is identified, which could also include a phone conversation; Heroes In Scale Inc. will take any and all reasonable steps to fix the problem
5. If the problem cannot be fixed and is considered by Heroes In Scale Inc. to be a reasonable request then Heroes In Scale Inc. will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs once the product is returned.
6. If the product was not received and was insured Heroes In Scale will provide the information for the purchaser to pursue a refund from the insurance provider. However Heroes In Scale Inc. is not the insurer the customer is and is not responsible for any items lost once shipped.
